How to View your downloads
When you purchase a download, you will be sent an email confirming your order.
Alternatively log in to your account and click on DOWNLOADS where all successful purchases are shown for you to download to your device.
You can log in to your account either at the top of home page or at the bottom:

Once you have logged in you will see a DOWNLOADS button. Click here to download your video.
FILE FORMAT
Our downloads are now in .mp4 only.
When your download is complete please check the file format is displayed by your device as .mp4
If this is not the case, you can overwrite the file name to enable your device to recognise the file as a video e.g. 1204.mp4
